Proposed Omnibus Constitution

The Liberal Party of Canada recently proposed Constitutional reform for the Party. This Constitution will dramatically change the entire structure, and the relationship between the members and all levels of the Party. Your local riding association is presenting this proposed Constitution for the review and consideration of all its members.
