Volunteers Help to Prepare KIFLA Quarterly Mail-Out to Non-Email Members
Yes, We Need Your Help In-Between Elections
Successful electoral district associations (also known as EDA’s or “the Riding”) depend on the hard work of hundreds of volunteers. Marshaling the energy and time of volunteers is easier during an election campaign, yet what happens in those months and years between elections? Liberal ridings across Canada are rebuilding. Kingston and the Islands is rebuilding, and we must engage the hearts and minds of voters in our community. To do so, we need like-minded Liberal members to help out.
Members can volunteer in many ways:

- Serving on the riding association Executive and on various teams and committees;
- Assisting the executives in fulfilling their roles by taking on jobs such as: staffing events, photography, letter stuffing/stamping, etc.
- Serving as a Liberal liaison with one of the many professional, cultural, ethnic or other communities in Kingston and the Islands;
- Volunteering during election campaigns (available tasks include door-to-door canvassing, telephone canvassing, delivering elections signs, staffing the campaign office, driving voters to the polls, communications, election scrutineers, fundraising and organizing events);
